This is a NEIPA with Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic...and that’s a combo that works like a beaut for me. At this point, I have no confidence that I could distinguish bw one good neipa from another...but this one’s well made with all the typical markers: juicy, pillowy, etc. maybe a little more bitterness than normal. Lots of good interesting hoppy layers.
