Sampled in a taster glass from draft at City Works on October 14, 2019. An imperial kettle sour, embellished with pomegranate, peach, vanilla bean and mango. Sweetened with a touch of lactose for a complex sweet, tart and fruit forward take on a complex and beautiful construct.

Temple pours a hazyish orange color, with a small, but long lasting, lacing head. Aroma is filled with berry notes, vanilla notes. Flavor is very creamy, lots of lactose and vanilla, subtle berry notes and mango flavors, subtle tartness, subtle sweetness. Great creamy thick feel. Overall, wow great kettle sour. Thick and full of fruit, slightly tart, very easy to drink, all the flavors mix well, not too much with the tart or sweet.

Poured from a tall can into a tulip.
Pours a murky reddish amber with a nice head and extensive lasting lacing.
The aromas are indeed wild and varied. Mango, peach, and a hint of hops.
The brew is generally sweet--but the sourness shows up in sneaky ways resulting in a very complex flavor profile. Honey-sweet fruity flavors forward--cherry, blueberry, pomegranate, peach, mango. The mid-palate manages the transition from sweet to sour, and it is a noticeable line between the two. The sweet flavors terminate with lactose sweetness and a hint of bourbon/vanilla, then transition to sweet tart malic acid sourness, and a bit of citrus hop at the finish.
The brew is medium to medium-full bodied, but never feels heavy. Just enough carbonation and acidity.
Overall, one unique brew from one of my favorite brewers.
