An accidental pick at GToM 2009, instead of TB Furious, but a happy mistake indeed!
A-Hazy/murky and turbid orange copper with a thin off-white ring of bubbles.
S-Big pop of herbal hop aroma, with a plethora of citrus fruit and a hints of fresh cut hay. A bit of sweet caramel malt in the background.
T-Flavour did not pop as strong as the aroma but still a nice melding of flavours. Herbs, citrus along with a solid backbone of sweet biscuit and caramel. Mild bitterness with an underlying spicy bite.
M-Medium-light bodied, sharp and crisp with good lingering bitterness and flavours.
D-Wow....simply an awesome example of taking a solid beer, tweaking it with some interesting ju-ju and then serving it on cask! A great, easy to drink, flavourful and immensely sessionable brew. Glad SierraGS asked for the "wrong" beer!
