Sometimes you want a beer to whisper. Sometimes you want it to shout. This hazy wheat IPA does the latter. Get Loud! brings the noise with a wheat ale’s fruit-forward tang and a citrus-heavy jolt of hops for a complex IPA that screams with flavor.

First impression from a 12 fl oz can:
"Hazy wheat India Pale Ale." 7.2% ABV.
Lychee. Wheat...actually, it's oddly redolent of a hefeweizen with its heavy wheat presence and focus on citrusy/orange peel flavours.
Not terribly good nor terribly loud with its flavours - contrary to the beer's name - but it's a serviceable drinkable IPA that's affordable, and that's probably the best thing to be said about it.

Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (~90%), light pale yellow color with a strong and bright white head. SRM of 7. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of Belgian spices upfront including coriander, clove, and more bread spices. Lots of wheat. Some orange and grapefruit citrus creates an atmosphere. Mild wheat malt underneath. (3.75)
Flavor: The flavor follows with more Belgian spices upfront including coriander, clove, and orange/grapefruit citrus. Then some wheat and yeast in the middle. The Belgian spices dance with a strong orange/grapefruit citrus sweetness. The Belgian spice leans toward more coriander which is lighter and balances the citrus profile better. Minimal to no bitterness. (4.25)
Feel: Medium-bodied. Strong carbonation. Smooth and strong wheat provides a soft and silky mouthfeel. (4.25)
Compared to Lagunitas Little Sumpin Sumpin 4/7/21: Pours a much hazier and lighter color. More Belgian spices, grapefruit citrus, and dry wheat. Less orange juice, pineapple juice, mango, and malty sweetness. It has more of a wheat body and drinks softer and smoother, but also less sweet. Winner: Get Loud
Compared to Goose Island's Sophie 6/29/21: Pours a lighter and hazier color. More bread, German bread spice, and mandarin orange citrus. Less juicyfruit, bubblegum, pear, grape, and flower.
Overall: This one was impressive. As others have mentioned it has a strong wheat and Belgian spice profile here. Sometimes the Belgian spices along with the American hops can be overwhelming, but this is not the case. This one has Belgian spices but also citrus that balance together quite well. This is due to the Belgian spices being mostly lighter and airier coriander which really plays well with the grapefruit citrus. I was skeptical of this beer and even on the aroma I was unsure. Will this be another witbier?, No, it actually comes together quite well. I think this one could change the future of Belgian beer. (Final Rating: 4.12)

Can. Hazy golden yellow. White head with some lace. Reminds me of a Hefeweizen but hoppier with some other faint ipa flavors. Wheat, zest, citrus. Floral and fruit.

This is basically a dry-hopped Hefeweizen. Strong clove and citrus on the nose. The taste again brings in those clove-like esters and touch of pine sap as well. I kind of dig it, but the style mergence is leaving me a bit on the fence.

12oz can. Can bottom is stamped 'CANNED ON 12/15/20'.
Pale gold, slightly cloudy, colored body. One finger of pillowy white head. Separated walls of lacing.
Aroma of pencil eraser/coriander and citrus fruit.
Taste is wheat tang and orange citrus fruit. Dry finish.
Medium mouth feel. Definitely has some wheat tug on the tongue. Very good carbonation.
There is some citrus fruit here, but the main influence is from the wheat and coriander (malt). Good mouth feel and out of the ordinary flavor and smell for a hazy IPA.

From a 12oz can:
Appearance: Hazy yellow, ok head.
Smell: Coriander, citrus. Coriander?
Taste: Wheaty, coriander, mild citrus. Tastes like a hoppy Belgian witbier.
Overall: Beer #2 from the mix pack. This seems like a beer from 10 years ago, maybe a belgian IPA attempt. Definitely seems like they used witbier yeast to get the coriander smell and taste. It's ok but doesn't quite work for me.

Surly introduces this in one of their 12-pack mixes. Juicy and an easy drinker despite 7.2 ABV which is hidden well. I would like to see this available year round.
