Darkness Day 09. Apple cider brown in color with a touch of foam on top. Smells a touch wheaty/yeasty with some apple and other light fruit. Taste is full of apple ciderness with some of the birch coming through. Not much different than an oak taste, but lighter. Smooth and medium bodied. I prefer this over the regular Cynic. Nice and easy drinkability.
