Draft. Sampled at Autumn Brew Review. Pours a very clear golden color with a nice white head. Super aggressive hoppy nose with strong notes of floral and citrus rind. Medium/light mouthfeel. Full on hop assualt to the tongue! wow. Slightly sweet up front but then the hops completely and utterly take over from start to finish. Ends fairly clean with a lingering bitterness. Lighter mouthfeel than expected. Very good but couldn't imagine drinking a lot of this as your mouth would just get toasted by the hops.

This is 2010 Surly Wet that was not blended. 20 pounds of hops per bbl. 85 ibus
Pours a light fizzy khaki head. Color is a light hazed golden orange.
Aroma: Very oily, orange peel, lemon citrus, lots of other citrus, very big pine hop profile.
Taste: Huge hop profile. Big hop resin flavor. Oily and hoppy. Pine flavors. Has a lemon-drop flavor with some orange peel. Pretty intense.
Mouthfeel: Bitter and then some. A touch of booze shows. Medium bodied with a lower amount of carbonation. Ends very sticky with a huge hop resin aftertaste.
Overall, it was a very unique beer. I wouldn't want to drink a lot of it, but it was fun to try. I think the regular version will be a bit better. This wasn't overly drinkable.
