16 oz pour at the beer hall.
Looks clear with light steady carbo, a slightly frothy white head that recedes to edge froth, medium sticky lacing. The aroma is a little bit grassy with some distant fruit notes. The taste starts with a gentle hop bite then is fruity with orchard fruits and a dash of honey with a slightly dry bread crust finish. It is medium to med-light bodied with a lightly dry finish. Very clean tasting and easy drinking. It is good in its style.

On tap. White head. Clear straw gold.
Pretty basic. Grassy, hoppy, zesty, floral. Bread, biscuit, honey crackers. I’ve had other surly lagers that I’ve enjoyed more. This is decent.
