on-tap at great japanese beer festival 2008:

a: red/brown with limited off-white head

s: yuzu and spices; caramel malts

t: light citrusy yuzu is the predominant flavor; followed by warm spices; raw wheat; caramel malts

m: very light and refreshing

d: would definitely be a good summer fruit ale and soooo japanese; ansolutely worth a try

A - Orange brown body with a white head.
S - Big maltness followed by big yuzu (japanese citrus) juicy aroma.
T - Nice slightly sweet maltyness upfront, followed by bracing, totally unintegrated citrus juice in the midpalate. It really tastes like someone just poured juice in my beer. Extremely low hop profile.
M - Light bodied, overly acidic.
