330ml bottle served in a hotel glass in Mizonokuchi. Best Enjoyed Before 2017-07-15.
Pours a clear pale yellow with a medium sized white head that is sustained by lots of carbonation. Smell is grassy and clean.
Taste is a bit softer than I want in a pilsner. Fairly malty, noticeable but muted hoppy flavors, but very little bitterness.
Mouthfeel is soft and fluffy. Not bad, but not a pilsner characteristic. Overall...it's not a bad beer, but if it's correctly listed as a pilsner, it's not a great example of one.

Had this on tap at Vivo! in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, Japan. Poured into a German mug. A very sharp, spicy pilsner. Lots of corn and bitter veggie memories coming through for me. Wonderful mouthfeel without any weak aftertaste. A lovely pilsner with lots of flavor.
