This white ale used wheat, adding Sheequarsar (Okinawan Citrus depressa), which is a fruit resembling a lime. Fruity flavored, light & smooth taste.

The good thing about this beer is that it is cloee to what we would call a saison or a farmhouse ale, even though just a tiny amount but still it is better than their previous try with Goya. The aroma and the taste reminds me or the Flat Lemon (Sheequasar) that this is made with and funny enough for the citrusy twist, and atvthe top of it all it has some Belgian yeast added for the extra funk. Not too much, just a tad bit, otherwise the beer is just like a soda. Or even so, it is still like a soda. I am yet to be touched by an Okinawan beer to this point...

This is the first ale I've tried from the Helios Brewery. It has quite a thin taste but was undeniably refreshing.
