Made with Fantôme. Bottle from Be Hoppy, served at home in a Fantôme tulip glass.
Hazy yellow color, massive head that never seems to fade, great sticky lacing.
Aroma is, as usual with Fantôme, funky, with citrics, cloves, belgian yeast, fruits, earth, champagne, wheat, grapes.
Medium body, rogh texture, good carbonation. Dry bitter finish.
Taste is earthy, oranges, clove, grapes, banana.
Fantôme never dissappoints you.

330ml bottle. Bottle cap has the stamped date of '17/03/22' for bottling and '17/09/25' for best by.
Cloudy, deep gold colored body. Took three pours to get into a 16oz glass because of the white head volume. Leaves behind some puffy lacing spots.
Aroma is rich with Belgian yeast that has a pencil eraser smell.
Taste has pear, peach and grapefruit fruit flavors and also more direct Belgian dry yeast. Kind of sour and bitter toward the end. Woody and earthy in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Quite dry in the finish. Exuberant carbonation.
Thirst quenching even with the dryness.
