Triumph- Princeton
Appearance- Light cherrywood brown with little head.
Smell- Apple cider with malt.
Taste- Apple cider with an equal blend of a malty Amber Ale and whiskey sour.
Mouthfeel- Starting off with a light tartness going into a mild sour Wit taste and finishing off with nice big sugary malt.
Overall- Delicious! I drank this down quickly and will be back to fill up my growler. Go to Princeton and try this!!! A good session beer!!!
-This is a weird hybrid beer thats a blend of an Ale and Cider so I didn't know the best beer style for it.-

I'm not sure how to classify this, the fourth beer I sampled at Triumph, as it is a mixture of Beer and Cider. This is Triumph's Hefe Weisen and Cider. Brewed together, cask conditioned, and pulled to order. It appeared as a frothy cider, an amber liquid with a little cloudieness. It's smell is very faint and is a mixture of cider and beer. The taste is surprisingly mild, which matched with the billing of a bite worse than it's bark. I'm not sure how to fully describe it, but it was clearly a mix of tastes and tended to seem an apple juice with hints of Hefe Wiesen. The feel was very wet, yet not oily with a clean finish. This would be a dangerous drink as it could be consumed easily in volume, and with the AC a little high could work against the consumer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
