Bottle Booths.
Pours pink champagne with no head retention.
Cherry cough sweet aroma.
Similar in n taste. It's a bit fake tasting. Somewhat insipid. I don't think it's awful. Light body, med carb.
Meh

A 500ml bottle with a BB of Nov 2018. Acquired recently from Morrisons. Described on the label as a cherry saison; the ingredients include cherry flavour (whatever that is).
A: Poured into a large tulip. A deep pinkish-red colour with good clarity and light carbonation. Forms a large head of creamy white foam that lasts for a minute or so before collapsing to a patchy surface layer. Slight lacing.
S: Aroma of intense, sweet cherries with a somewhat artificial quality. Hints of earthy yeast, faint grain, stewed husks/leaves and a twinge of corn in the background. Smells like candy.
T: Tastes of sweet, aromatic cherry with notes of artificial cherry flavour, harsh stewed leaves, vague earthy yeast, faint husky grain and a touch of wet cardboard. Little bitterness to speak of, but possesses a decidedly acrid undertone that reveals itself upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with average carbonation and a thin, watery body. Somewhat astringent - dries the palate. Aftertaste of aromatic cherry, harsh stewed leaves, faint yeast and cardboard.
O: Meh - not very nice. Looks OK, while the aroma is very fruity but with some unpleasant undertones. The flavour is worse; cherry still dominant but with a distinct acrid note that lingers after swallowing. Subpar body. This is a horrible bastardisation of a Belgian beer style - creatively stillborn. Avoid.
