Taster at One Tree. Amber/ ruby body, flat. Apples and cherries in the aroma. Cherries first in the taste, then tart apples. Dries out, sweet then tart.

Sweet, tart, fruity, but not too sweet and a little dry. I can taste the plums and cherries, two of my favorites. The rest of the fruits get a little lost, but they round out the fruit salad.

Tastes and feels like fermented Cranberry juice with some apple cider mixed in . Bubbly, with a dry finish. Not a home run, more like fielders choice."
