BOD 6-1-2023. This beer pours a reddish hue with some orange color. The head is an off-white pinkish color with some lacing. Aroma is mild berry and a little sour. Taste is sweet and sour together with berries. I'm not a real fan of Gose beer but this one is pretty decent. 9 IBUs Rated 12-13-2023

Raspberry Tartlandia pours a pinkish, reddish color, with a small lacing head. Aroma is light, but sweet raspberries. Flavor has a hint of tart, a hint of sweet, lots of raspberry flavors. Good body and feel. Overall, a well balanced beer, nice easy flavors, good fruit sour beer.

Rogue Ales "Raspberry Tartlandia"

Notes via stream of consciousness: IS this made with real raspberries, flavorings, or a combination of both? The label says raspberries and there's no mention of flavorings. There are, however, additonal ingredients of coriander and sea-salt. The body is a hazy orange-copper beneath a full head of just slightly pinkish foam. The aroma displays raspberry and suggests a mild tart component. It tastes like it smells except that it's sweeter and with more raspberry flavor to it. That's not to say that this is a raspberry bomb as it's most certainly not, but the raspberry is clear and authentic. It tastes like an actual sweet red raspberry that's not too tart. The salt is also clear but I'm not picking up - ah, yes I am - I am picking up the coriander but it's not a real strong component. Maybe I just needed to let it warm a little bit, or perhaps just drink more of it because now I get it. The malt is basic, grainy and sweetish, and a bit wheaty. The label lists it as having 9 IBUs and that's about what I'd been thinking. It finishes mainly dry although there is a light touch of maltiness left lingering shortly along with the raspberry. For what it is I'd say it's properly balanced. Could it be better? Perhaps, but what's in front of me is good. In the mouth it's medium bodied and gently crisp. So what else to say about this? The head didn't hold up too well and it didn't leave much at all in the way of lacing. To a certain extent that's to be expected though with a sour beer. Overall it's nothing new although the salt component is slightly unusual. It's not the greatest raspberry beer out there, but neither is it the worst or even middling - it lies above that.

Pours a pink hued amber with some pink hues and a thumb of beige head. Below average head retention or lacing. Finishes sweet/tart with a little salt & dryness
S: Raspberry, not much else
T: Raspberry sweetness & tartness, salt, dryness up front. Salt & raspberry as this warms.
MF: Medium body, delicate carbonation
Refreshing , but nothing really blows me away about this offering, far more interesting beers of this ilk on offer

(12 oz can, canned on 03/29/21, alc. 4.9% by vol., IBU 9, SRM 42; purchased single off shelf... poured into a fat tulip)
L: polished-clear, dark-rose or more so coral-hued liquid; fast, frilly foam fades to a spotted cap, sticky collar... glass devoid of lacing
S: mildly raspberry-scented champagne, maybe with a watery coriander note dancing about... raspberry pancake syrup...
T: salt and coriander leaps out upon first sip, tangy and saline through the finish... mellow yet stalwart wheat base, hardly sweet, but fruit-dampened... the salt and spice maintains its zip throughout, berry base holds the fort
F: light-bodied, but delicately round and bouncing and slicing in all directions across the palate... aft has a mild almost peppery warmth, frictive agitation... moreish by way of parching
O: easily the saltiest craft brew in the sort of Gose style which I've tried; ultimately gulpable... impulse grab along with a few others yesterday... this is now on my radar; it has extremes about it... maybe grab some more soon? (1786)

fruited gose type done with sea salt and raspberries and coriander. its lactic and clean enough on the ferment, not too sour, just a light pucker that resonates about where the raspberries do, not too much coriander, not as salty as others from rogue, i am thinking just a pinch, which is downright ocean water, but there is some light sweetness from the berries that offset some of that, its still wheaty and earthy, maybe some pils malt too, light and simple beer really, with highly complimentary flavor elements all working together. its bubbly like a soda, super fizzy. the color is a little muted, pinkish red but not overly saturated, airy white headed, summery. hints of tart cherry here too, perhaps a little nutty from the coriander too, clean lemon acidity from the lactic souring, maybe a slight yeast ester too. this is well made, refreshing, and great with chips and salsa and that sort of thing, but i also dont feel like drinking the whole sixer in one sitting, its not quite that kind of sour, but it hits the mark as a flavorful refresher, and its always a blast to drink something new from rogue, their innovation is a ton of fun, and they do a lot of things well. this should crush for them this summer!
