Marooned on a desert island and required to choose just one style of beer to drink forever, your best choice might just be Pilsners. Somehow in this uncomplicated style there are a seemingly infinite range of flavors. This submission to the canon uses a no-nonsense grain bill, Sterling for a classic crisp lager spice, and Hallertau Blanc hops for a mild fresh grass and white wine aroma and flavor. Take your time search party.

Had at a friend's yesterday. Nice malt body taste with a little hop taste. Nice refreshing beer. Medium bodied, still a light beer. Easy drinking. Rated 8-15-2021
