Hazy dark straw colour with a small, tight white head. Fair head retention.
Light citric tartness and some lactic. A little lemony. Touches of malt.
Not all that tart. A touch lemony. Some earthiness. Lacking funk and acid.
Medium light body with moderate carbonation. Fine.
An okay Gueuze style beer. Lacking tartness and wild yeast character. An approachable sour but not my favourite one.
