Spicy banana and clove aroma. Quite strong with good notes of vanilla as well. Appetising. There is a hint of chocolate as well.
Nice red-brown colour with a medium sized light tan head. Creamy.
Lovely rounded weizen yeast character with good balance between the clove and the banana. The clove is more forward but it works well with the bready Munich malt character.
Medium body with moderate carbonation but the yeast lends a delicious silkiness.
A good dunkelweizen. Brewed true to style with plenty of flavour. If anything it could be a touch lighter but it is currently good.
