500 ml bottle poured into a glass mug
A: Pours a clear yellow gold with very active carbonation and a one inch white heads which quickly dissipates to a few centimeters
S: grainy with faint floral hops in the background. very subtle nose.
T: taste equally subdued with grainy malt upfront balanced by gentle noble hop bitterness. very clean tasting.
M: This is where the beer shines. Lighter body with crisp carbonation and a dry clean finish.
D: Very drinkable. clean tasting, crisp carbonation and a lighter body. what a lager should be.
Notes: Paired very nicely with the grilled chicken and grain mustard sandwich I had for dinner.
