Enjoy by 7/31/23. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect pint.
A: Medium Amber, slightly hazy hue with short Dash lived off white half – to - one finger head with below-average retention and sparse lacing.
S: Aroma is mainly tea like and orange, with more character for light – medium intensity, caramel malts. Esters are mild and fruity.
T: Flavor is a good reflection of the nose with similar orange tea hoppiness with some orange marmalade character along with light-medium caramel maltiness. Esters are lightly fruity. Bitterness is low to medium in intensity. Alcohol is well hidden.
M: Body is medium with moderate carbonation, and a satisfying, dry finish.
O: Green Man IPA is a very good example of the English APA style with a good blend of yeast character, typical English style hopping, and characterful maltiness.

Very unique tasting IPA. Almost a coffee flavor combined w the hippiness of an IPA.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with tall, long lasting, fluffy white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of piney hops and bready malt. Body is medium and crisp. Earthy hops dominate the palate, while caramel malt and ripe fruit provide support. Finish is long, dry, and very bitter. Excellent brew.

Grapey sweetness, heavy malting, some solid bittering hops: a pretty good example of an English IPA.
