2010 (B-6) version of the Yama-Bushi Saison Noir, aged in oak barrels. Bottled in February 2014. 750ml bottle with an awesome oni (Japanese devil) print in gold on a blue leaf-shaped label and and a necklace label as well. Big points for the style, presentation, and availability of information. Front of the bottle says "Unfiltered, Bottle-conditioned. Brewed with Home-grown Hops and Sake Rice." Absolutely delicious dark saison with a red wine color and texture. Dark cherry and plum flavors with a present hop backing. Absolutely loved this beer and would highly recommend! Looking forward to trying other vintages of this brew.
