A 375ml bottle with a best before date of 21st June 2022. Poured into a Cantillon gueuze glass.
Appearance: A lightly hazy dark golden colour with a one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly, while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Funk, oak, green apple, pear and a touch of lemon.
Taste: Sour, green apple, pear, funk, musk, oak and grass.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to low carbonation.
Overall: This was interesting, but perhaps still a bit young and underdeveloped.

Bottle: Poured a clear light golden color lambic with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some light green apple notes. Taste is also dominated by some tart notes with light woody notes and some very subtle acidic notes at the end. Body is light with good carbonation for style. Not as complex as some of the Belgian Lambic but still very enjoyable and very easy to drink.
