Pours dark amber approaching copper.
Nose shows fruity wild yeast, heavy peach, confectionery notes, Brett and tea. Pretty amazing.
Flavours include heavy Brett with earthy and farmhouse notes and peach. Not as much tea though.
Nice moderately high carbonation suits the beer well.

Very interesting beer - a wild ale brewed with tea! Tasted great as well.
Taste: Oak, wine, pepper, sour and spicy fruit and funk with a touch of sherbet and orange. Excellent mix of savoury and sweet. Good back palate bitterness.
Love the experimentation and output from this brewery. They've hit a winner with this one.
