Copenhagen 10/10 2015. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. The label mostly look like the sign on a public lavatory.
Pours hazy yellow with a big white head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam.
Sweet peach and mango dominates aroma which also have characteristic citrus notes.
Medium strong carbonation and oily palate. Slightly thick, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is rather bitter with a pleasant sharpness. Not as much fruit as I expected by the aroma. Medium dry finish.
Pretty good - and pretty standard IPA.

Hazy straw color. Lively carbonation. Undated bottle from Absalon bar in Copenhagen.
Soapy head. Grapefruit pith flavor, along with tropical fruits and a strong yeast presence. Tastes and smells closer to a Belgian ipa than an American ipa as listed here on BA. Sharp mouthfeel and a bit astringent. Always excited to drink a Mikkeller brew.

330ml bottle from Kihoskh, Copenhagen (28 Danish Krone):
Quite a fresh & lively beer with strong carbonation & a crisp, zesty flavour that helped things down. The beer was dominated by citrus flavours although the odd tropical fruit did manage to sneak through & the balance wasn't too bad really. Definitely not an overly complex beer but it was interesting & drinkable whilst also proving itself better than the Kihoskh Brown Braids Ale I tried previously
