On tap at Mikkeller Bar in Tokyo.
Fuller bodied, slightly darker than typical for a FOB. Smells citrusy, non-artificial, a bit wheaty and acetic. Not too funky. Flavour brings out a little more dark fruit, a bit of that citrusy acetic twinge that makes the parotids shiver a bit, and even a bit of umami. Perhaps its because we were in Tokyo at the time, who knows? It's very complex, moderately acetic and genuine. Mouthfeel is fuller bodied, not quite syrupy but substantial. Good carbonation. Definitely an interesting take on a Flanders Oud Bruin with a more fuller palate and body.
