On-tap served in a stemmed glass at Mikkeller Bangkok.
Hazy chestnut brown in color with some ruddy tinge, it comes with very thick velvety light brown head that stands with very good retention before slowly subsiding to an everlasting foamy sheet on the surface and leaving sticky lacing wave all along the glass-side.
Maltiness affair in the aroma with its rich caramel, toasted bread, biscuit, toffee, brown sugar, and charred nut. Hop reinforces with notes of earthiness, grassiness, and mild fruitiness.
Very rich malt bills in the palate sensation, it leads and dominates by caramel, toasted and roasted, biscuit, toffee, brown bread, brown sugar, and charred nut. Hop is also there in the supporting with notes of mild earthiness and some bitterness that is also partially from roasted and toasted profile.
Medium body with quite smooth mouthfeel and good lively carbonation, the feeling is crisp and refreshing with a very dry finish.
Very easy drinkable brown ale with lots of malt and some hop to make it not too sweet and too caramelized, available exclusive only at Mikkeller Bangkok.

Dark ruddy brown. The nose is pungent and sharp but mostly pleasant. The taste has the same sharpness which manifests as a peculiar metallic flavor I associate with brown ales. Flat but full-bodied. Recommended for brown ale drinkers.
