Served on tap at Mikkeller Bangkok (exclusive).
No head on a hazy clear yellow beer. The nose is brilliant and lactic-sharp. The flavor is immediately sour, puckering and dry. Acidic and sharp, with just a hint of dried apricot or peach. The aftertaste is clean and funky. Recommended for wild ale afficiandos.
