Looked a deep dark brown to black. Starts Oat and sweet and finishes with hops, chocolate and roasted barley. The mouth feel is thick and creamy and feels pretty heavy. There is almost no head and what head there is dissipates rapidly. Overall a silky smooth MilkStout.

Been hanging onto this for a bit now, let's see if we can find the missing Mikkeller. This one was brewed at Beltway Brewing in Virginia. Always thought this was called "Milkkeller" like on the label, but perhaps that's just some pretty well-hidden cleverness.
A - Pour from a bomber to a pint glass. Beer is solid black, a small brown head forms and quickly fades to a thin ring, eventually becoming nothing at all but a solid black beer.
S - Milk chocolate, 1% chocolate milk, a bit of roast with coffee-ish tones, some licorice.
T - Sweet and substantial chocolate malt first and foremost, with a pretty decent roasted/coffee-like presence. Somehow cola-ish in a way. Simple but for what it is, pretty nice depth-wise.
M - Smooth, kinda heavy and slick with lowish carbonation. Certainly on the sweet side but there's some ashy bitterness there as well.
O - A decent enough milk stout but really nothing too standout about it, kind of seems to go for a sweet chocolate stout rather than having a more lactose feel to it. The heaviness/kind of limp mouthfeel was a bit of a hindrance throughout.

Poured from bottle into snifter. pitch black with very few white bubbles that fade away. Aroma is of oats, chocolate, roasted malts, a little coffee. The taste matches the aroma, a little booze for a 6% beer. creamy but also light in body.

Poured from the 22 oz. bottle a deep dark black with one finger of mocha-colored head.
Aroma of roasted coffee and a light hint of cocoa.
Tasted of dark roasted coffee, cocoa, sweet lactic notes and ashy malts.
Was lighter bodied than expected with a light-to-moderate carbonation.
