This beer is CLEAR. Maybe a shade of bad well water. It's absolutely clear. Head is tall and fizzy like soda but retains its structure for the most part.
Aromas of brett yeast, sour gummi worms, slight near-out-of-date milk, and dry bready grains.
General bready tartness resembling shades of sweet tarts, light dry hop character (saaz?) at the end. Some lacto.
The feel is rated highly by me because it's really easy drinking. Light bodied, heavily carbonated, just simple.
Overall, it's relatively boring, but it's very enjoyable. Pass another.

330ml bottle - 2.8% ABV? What's the bloody point? Oh, right.
This beer pours a mostly clear, very pale golden straw colour, with a super teeming tower (this is getting really fucking tiresome) of puffy, loosely foamy, and fizzy bone white head, which leaves a solid two-dimensional array of tightly-packed mitochondrial lace around the glass as it lazily subsides.
It smells of soured, expired milk, some gritty and grainy wheatiness, a mild earthy funk, lemon-infused white wine vinegar (so no real wine, really and obviously), some mixed tropical fruitiness that must be hop-borne (and of the current trendy variety), and a wee bit of earthy, leafy, and floral green bitterness. The taste is bready and doughy pale and wheaten malt, tart lemon, apple, and still muddled exotic fruity notes, lacto bacteria in one of its more agreeable guises, a receding earthy funkiness, and more plain leafy and weedy hoppiness.
The carbonation is fairly laid-back in its gentle and caressing frothiness, the body a decent medium weight, and mostly smooth, nothing really stomping through the roses here, as such. It finishes off-dry, the base mixed malt lingering on in the face of a fading lacto and hoppy acerbity.
Overall, I suppose that this is a decently rendered version of the style, the sour and hoppy essences making for a refreshing experience. Maybe not one for a 'beer' experience, but enjoyable all the same.

Big white head. Little hazzy appearance. Lihgt yellow color. Notes of citrus, especially lemon, sour... reminds me of lemonade. Very refreshing. One of summer favorites.

A - Hazy yellow body, white head that fades slowly. Lots of lacing, persistence.
S - Typical Berliner notes of sour grain, funk, but also a floral and lemon element that must be the hops.
T - Lemon in the front, a sour bite in the middle more typical of the style, and a quick fade.
M - Brisk and refreshing, with just the slightest puckering in the close.
O - Pleasant and enjoyable, mildly sour but not difficult. The hops offer a nice counterpoint of fruit. Nicely done.

Aroma is hops, lemons and a mix of mild vinegar and lacto. The flavor is lemons, citrus, wheat, tropical fruit, malty in the middle and a tart/slightly lacto finish.

330 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 5/27/2017. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy pale straw color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, papaya, green apple, pear, white wine, wheat, cracker, herbal, floral, grass, light vinegar, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/acidic yeast, a light pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, papaya, green apple, pear, white wine, wheat, cracker, herbal, floral, grass, light vinegar, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/acidic tartness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, papaya, green apple, pear, white wine, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/acidic yeast, a light pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Good amount of dryness from carbonation and acidity; and not bone dry. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, crisp, moderately acidic, and lightly grainy/bready mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming as expected of 2.8%. Overall this is an excellent dry hopped Berliner weisse! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/acidic yeast, a light pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink, with a lot of flavor for the low ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

On tap at South Park Tavern, Dayton OH. 10oz pour in a globe stemmed glass.
Appearance: Pale gold with a slight haze to it. Very thin skin of foam across the top, but plenty of fine persistent lacing.
Smell: Apple peel, a bit of lemon and sourness. Maybe some pear?
Taste: Tart, lightly sour. Some wheat tang/pilsner style malt just barely there under the sourness. Some lemon and tart apple noted as well.
Mouthfeel: Just right carbonation. A little bit sticky on the teeth and slick at the same time.
Overall / Drinkability: A simple easy to drink beer. Didn't go perfectly with pizza in this case, and I think it would have gone better with a salad & vinaigrette dressing. I didn't want another one this evening, but I wouldn't mind having it again sometime.

Straw color with white head. Aroma has lots of elderflower and lemon along with the classic "fermented" berliner weisse note. Taste is tart up-front, dry and lemony with a hint of honey. Body is very effervescent, light and dry. Really good, easy drinking berliner.
