Bottle at home. Hazy orange pour with a thin off-white head that gives way to a sticky lacing. Notes of orange zest, caramel, salt, pine resin. Bitter-sweet and dank, medium body and carbonation.

i am feeling like centennial is more awesome and versatile than we tend to give it credit for. this is the best beer in this imperial single hop series i have had, but centennial was also the best of the spontan and regular single hop series beers too, i think its time we admit this is as cool as any of the southern hemisphere stuff. this beer is an awesome expression of it too, way better than the mosaic edtion, although also undoubtedly fresher in my experience, so that may pay a role. way more clear too, hardly a haze at all to this. aroma of classic centennial, wet white pine and a hint of clover this time, floral in a way i havent really seen it before. bitter as sin too, but with some oily resin to balance it out, but it sure is intense. amazing how uch variance there has been in these beers, but this is the king of the series hands down. great carbonation and a somewhat lighter body than i expected it to have. strongly flavored but also going down pretty easy. so many contexts for this, campfire, breakfast, postcoital, i super dig it!

Really hazy orange color with creamy beige head. Aroma has loads of hops, slightly dank and lots of overripe fruits like peach, mango and orange. Taste starts really fruity and sweet with very evident caramel and juicy fruits. Finishes quite bitter and continues to linger in the aftertaste. Full bodied and smooth but not lacking carbonation. Really well hidden alcohol making the beer dangerously drinkable. Another winner from Mikkellers single hop double IPA series.
