On tap at Mikkeller Bar in Shibuya, Tokyo.
Pours a slightly hazy, golden body with a slight orange hue. One finger white head with excellent retention time. Fair bit of lacing. Smells of wheat, white vinous character, oak, moderate acidity, a bit of stone fruit, mild funk. It smells quite a bit like some American Wild Ales do, but with a bit more complexity. Flavour is moderately acetic, wheat, oak, stone fruit, slight pale malt sweetness without graininess. A small bit of leather. Not particularly funky like lambic. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, delicious and hard to not drink down. Nice stonefruit tang on the backend. Easy to drink, plenty of flavour, nice acetic sourness without getting into liquid warhead territory. This would be a great local or go-to for a sour fix.
