Copenhagen 3/3 2019. 33 cl bottle from Mikkeller Webshop. As Mikkeller It's Alright. Keith Shore drawing of lady diving into a glass of beer (or a guy with high heel shoes).
Pours milky, hazy golden amber with big white head. Settles as 1 cm thick, frothy layer of foam crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense, citric and with a moderate touch of funk. Acidic citrus and lemon. Oranges. Unripe goose berries. Milky sweetness.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a stronger, tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour. Finish is dry.
Funky without being extreme, refreshing and with a nice sour bite.

Slightly sour ale, light orange/ amber with spare (very spare) head. Faint grain/wheat aroma with some citrus. Taste is also light malt, oranges. This would be great for a cheese tasting. Light and refreshing, subtle, slightly dry, but very enjoyable.

Poured into tulip.
Pours hazy amber/golden beer with thin fizzy white head, low retention.
Smell - slightly funky, biscuity, citrusy, yeasty (esters and phenols).
Taste - funky, yeasty, citrusy, delicate hop bitterness in the finish. Dry on palate.
Very light body, medium carbonation.
Nice session belgian offer.
