Brown color with red highlights with a thick one finger head with medium retention.
Aroma with notes of creamy chocolate, lactic acid, muffled citrusy hops and nuts.
Flavor with notes of citrusy hops, resin, mild pine, creamy chocolate, grapefruit juice, homemade coffee, lots of cocoa, nuts and pine. Dry aftertaste with a lingering cocoa note. Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation. Velvety.
Nice American Brown Ale that combines nice cocoa-chocolate, nutty and citrusy hoppy notes.
