Copenhagen 22/4 2019. 33 cl can from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh NV. What looks like a slightly deconstructed piece of smørrebrød on the can (with eggs by the way).
Pours milky, hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of dense white foam. Clinging to the side of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with sweet fruits mingling with citrus fruit. Peach, pear, mango with citric notes of Grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Soft, slightly thick, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while.
Easy to drink, fresh APA with a pleasant citric bitter bite. A bit on the thin side for a Mikkeller.
