Surprisingly, probably one of the more straight Bourbon-forward beers I can remember having in awhile. It's more similar to a Bourbon cocktail than a beer; kind of like an Old Fashioned. It's certainly interesting and worth a try, though I prefer the oak-aged, fruited Spontanales to it.

Pours golden / amber with no head.
Aroma has orange peel, bourbon, angostura bitter, lemon, oak, hay, little funk.
Taste is like a spontan old fashioned (even though it's a whiskey sour). Angostura bitter, orange peel, bourbon, grapefruit, little dusty.
