Tasted in a stemless Berliner Weiss bowl from a 1 pt .9 fl oz can on August 22, 2017. Look is gold straw. Smell is sour with a whisper of peach. Taste is bitter and sour with a hint of sweet peach. Feel is light in body.

Bottle.

A: Moderate peaches, followed by a light lemony coriander aroma and lingering sourness.

A: Bright golden color, totally clear – great clarity! With a robust white head that has adequate retention for the style.

T: The peaches are lot more subdued in the flavor, with the lemony coriander note being the most prominent. The sourness is a bit sharp and lingers through the finish.

M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation, the beer has a light effervescence. The beer's sourness is a bit sharp, almost acidic in the mouthfeel.

O: Solid; the beer has a great peach aroma, but the beer could be even better with a bit more peach flavor and a little less sharp sourness.

Reviewed from notes. Poured from a 16.9 oz. can into a Firestone Walker tulip glass.

A: Pours a very pale gold, with only a mild haze. Forms a two-finger white head with good retention, and has a good amount of visible carbonation.

S: Moderate lactic tart, mild funk, and the lightest of cracker malts. Lemony citric acid. I guess I’ll buy into some peach also, but probably only because I’m looking for it. Decent aroma, not great.

T: Lactic tartness and citric acid as expected, but it’s muted (or I think you could say balanced, depending on your perspective) by a fruity sweetness – I think that’s the peach, but it’s not a big “peach” flavor. Light two-row malts, mild wheat, and I think a light pilsner malt presence. A very modest amount of Lacto funk near the back end, and it finishes dry and mildly acidic. On the exhale is the only place I think I could place the peaches as a distinct flavor.

M: Light body, no alcohol presence. It's a bit on the low side of carbonation sensation for the style, though I would consider it well-carbonated overall.

O: Decent. Not my favorite of this series I don't think. The peach flavors don’t really grab you, but I feel like the more subtle stone fruit that pulls through acts like a milder version of the Woodruff syrup, taming the sour bite of the base Berliner just a bit. It would be a decent beach beer, but nothing that is overly sour/funky/complex.

Slightly hazy straw color with creamy white head. Aroma is grainy and lemony, not very fruit forward. Taste has lactic acidity, lemon tartness, a hint of stone fruit in the background. Light body, high effervescence. Overall it's a decent berliner weisse but I expected some more fruit.

Poured from 500ml can into pint glass.

Pale yellow pour with two fingers of meringue-like head.

Tart, lemon, lemongrass, yeast, baking soda.

Very gose like tartness, lemon, vague peach and wheat on the back.

Light texture, nice biting carbonation.

A great summer beer, refreshing and light.
