On-tap at Mugs Alehouse, Brooklyn, NY
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a collar around the edge of the glass and a patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of Belgian yeast are present in the nose along with hints of pale malts and candi sugar.
T: The taste follows the smell, and it seems strong from the underlying candi sugars, but there is no associated sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is a good representation of the style and hides its alcohol very well.
Serving type: on-tap
