A: Poured from the 750 ml caged and corked bottle into a Duvel tulip. Body is black witha 2-finger yoo-hoo-colored brownish head. Good lace left behind.
S: Chocolatey. Some molasses and faint roast. Something a little "off," but only faintly so.
T: Chocolate malt and chocolate milk. Some molasses and a hint of vanilla.
M: A bit chalky in feel. Light-to-medium in heft.
O: OK. Not blown away by this, that's for sure, but it's OK. A bit too chocolate-milky and sweeter than I want in my porters.
