A: [3.50] The bottle lists the ABV (7.3%) but there is no indication of a date code (bad news on an IPA). The beer is a very transparent light golden color. It has a huge amount of dense white head (at least 3 fingers).

S: [3.75] Coffee, pine, pineapple.

T: [4.00] Coffee, pine, floral hops, light caramel from the malt.

M: [3.75] Tingly carbonation (a bit too much maybe). Good body and heft.

O: [3.75] Nice coffee forward flavor but then supported but brightness from the hops. This combination works really well. A bomber is a pretty big serving - but splitting one would be great.

It was on tap in Mikkeller bar in Barcelona.

Pretty light fresh body with coffee beans aftertaste, but not like an espresso.
It's not awesome, but i like this lighteness compared to 7.3% ABV

Bottle purchased at AJ's Beer Warehouse in Henrietta, NY.

This one pours a very light yellow, clear, with a large foamy head, and a good amount of lacing.

Smells like roasty coffee, sugar cookie, and piney hops.

The hop character in this is decent, but painfully simple, with basically only piney and grassy bitterness, and not much in the way of anything fruity or juicy. The malt character is strong, like a (not very sugary) sugar cookie. The combination of hops and coffee make this a quite bitter beer.

This is very light bodied, with a thin mouthfeel, and a good level of carbonation. It's very, very crisp.

This is pretty interesting, but not amazing. I'd wish for a bit of varied hop character.
