On-tap served in a stemmed glass at Mikkeller Bangkok.
Mildly hazed pale golden color, it comes with majestic silky white head that holds itself so great before slowly subsiding to an eternal foamy layer on the surface and leaving plenty of sticky lacing web, patch, and spot all around.
In a nose, clove spice, orange peel, lemon rind, light banana, twang of wheat, earthy hop, and malty sweet like bread, candy, bubblegum, and honey.
This Wit has a strong bitterness kick in the taste. Clove spice is introduced and mingled with fruity flavors of orange and lime. Yet again, the hoppy bitterness draws in and quite lasting in the aftertaste.
Medium body with smooth mouthfeel and lively carbonation, the feeling is crisp and refreshing with a dry finish.
This could be ones of the hoppy Wit that I have ever tried. Still there is everything that good Wit should probably have.
