On-tap served in a stemmed glass at Mikkeller Bangkok.
It comes with a mildly hazed body and golden orange color with thick fluffy white head covering atop. The head retention is solid and thereafter leaves plenty of refined yet sticky lacing patch and spot all along.
Very hoppy and IPA-like aroma with suggestions of citrus, peach, resin, pine, floral, and earthiness. Malt is there too with touch of cracker and caramel.
The taste is more like a Pilsener than the aroma with grainy and bready malt as a base. They are mingled with some sweet caramel as well as hop in the boost with notes of citrus, pine, earthy, and resin. Finish is pretty mild and clean with subtle bitter bite.
Medium body with smooth mouthfeel and good crisp yet lively carbonation, very refreshing, finish is dry and clean.
Nice hoppy Pilsener which some part of it reminds me of American IPA, like IPA in the aroma while more like Pilsener in the taste, good brew indeed.
