330ml bottle poured into an oversized wine glass.
Hazy golden orange color, the pour quickly builds up massive fluffy white head that very well retains itself with remarkable retention and just slowly dissipates to an eternal foamy crown and leaves numerous of lacing patch and spot along the way.
In a nose, lime, ginger, juicy, fruity ester, lots of spice from both ginger and yeast, clove, caramel, candy sugar, hint of honey, earthy, hay, and bready malt undertone.
The taste is still dominated by juicy lime and lemon rind. Fruity ester of Belgian yeast also makes it much tasty along with ginger, spice, clove, caramel, candy sugar, hint of honey, earthy, hay, and bready malt in the background.
Medium body with smooth mouthfeel and good crisp yet lively carbonation through the palate, refreshing in feeling, finish is dry.
Lime character here is very much pronounced making it full of zesty and lively profile.
