Poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass, which I always find the contrast between the top part of the beer and the bottom to be interesting. In this case, the bottom is pink grapefruit-hued, clear, and light in color, while the top has more of a rusty-orange - and significantly less clear - IPA look to it, with a thick, white head that dissipates slowly leaving very little, sporadic lacing. Aromas of mandarin orange peel, lemon-lime, and subtle floral/grassy notes. Taste is bitter orange pith/lemony upfront and middle, slightly spicy throughout, and finishing a touch dry. Thin body and medium carbonation; expected for the type. Overall, given the ABV, I feel this should be labeled as a Session IPA. Quite robust aroma and taste for a 4.6% APA.

Poured from a 16 ounce can into a Teku glass.
4/4/4/4.5/4.25
A: Clear (of course), effervescent, pale, soft yellow with a billowy white head.
S: Smells fresh, hoppy, and strangely like Mikkeller Bangkok (scent memory!). I recognize this hop and these dry malts.
T/M: Perfectly sessionable and still tasty, while keeping everything with a very light touch. Light carbonation, floral-bitter hops, touch of malted grain. The finish is surprisingly long and classically APA. Imminently drinkable.
O: A very unassuming, but perfectly balanced and immaculately done pale ale. Points for style. Would drink again, may not pay much money to do so.

Poured from an undated can into the modified tulip.
A - Bright lemon backdrop a bit of haze, towering pillowy head of pure white.
S - Wheat, lite grains, a bit of ash rine. Lemongrass, and orange peel.
T - Follows the nose, with a bit of Brett? or mixed fermentation. Wonderful
M - soft on the palate, edges of the tongue roll up just a bit, finish is dry and delightful.
O - A very nice pale ale, bright and wonderfully executed.
