Pours hazy orange/amber with one finger frothy head.
Aroma has tropical fruits, peach, mango, hoppy, malt.
Taste is juicy hop bomb. Tropical fruits, peach, papaya, ripe mango, pineapple, heavily hopped, little pine.

I guess this is considered a 'NE-style IPA,' but the appearance is only slightly hazy. A frothy, uniformly bubbled head with good retention. Smell is all pine with only hints of fruit - mainly overripe, almost rotten mango. Taste is lacking in depth and quite bland actually; it's a struggle to find descriptors when there aren't that many there. Maybe watered-down passion fruit? A bit disappointed in this one, though it certainly is a beer that could be drunk all night with ease.

Not up to the standards of many of the best of the NE IPA breweries. Aroma is more piney and less citrusy than I expected. Bitterness is more forward and mouthfeel slightly thin and not as soft as desired.
