Hazy bright yellow color with a bit of white foam. Aroma has intense passionfruit, really bright and fruity. Taste follows with the passionfruit and tart citrus fruits but there is also some kind of minerality. Light body, not too effervescent. Easy drinking, really fruity berliner.

Pours pale yellow, with white head which quickly disappears. Looks like Fanta.
Aroma has passion fruit, sour, lemons, orange peel, peach.
Taste is passion fruit, orange, lemon, tart, little sour.

Light and incredibly easy to drink.

Passion fruit Berliner Weiße. Cloudy, sunny yellow-orange with a small white head that fades quickly. The passion fruit is definitely there in the aroma, along with plenty of lacto, but man, the smell is not that far off from a German Riesling either (just not quite as sharp). Taste is all tart passion fruit with a lemony touch. Kind of like a watered-down lemonade mouthfeel, but not untypical for the style. For a fruited Berliner Weiße, this is really solid stuff.
