Thanks Big Dawg friend named Old Brown Dawg for the can.
A- Can into a snifter with a fairly murky golden-apricot hue and a thick, creamy white cap. The head has great retention and remains at about a half finger high leaving thick sheets of lacing.
S- Kind of plain; but something you would expect for a collaboration with a plane. A good balance of malts and hops with the grains favoring bready and crackery notes and the hops on the fruity, herbal and floral side.
T- Follows up on the aroma with that classic balanced pale ale feel akin but not quite on the same level as the ultimate king SNPA. Citrus hops, especially sweet orange oil and grapefruit lead the way into more floral, herbal, pine resin, earthy and sappy hop hints. A base of grains with cereal and bready especially as well as hints of caramel and cracker.
MF- Light-medium bodied with a moderately high, crisp carbonation. The texture is somewhat frothy and a bit creamy and overall the beer is smooth. Ends with a grapefruit peel bitterness lingering.
SIgn me up for this on planes. Going after that balanced APA feel and getting it done.

Khaki head. Copper color.
Caramel and bready malts. Very malty. Floral and grassy hops. Grapefruit citrus.
Medium bodied. Sticky and resiny. Nice carbonation. Ends with a weedy aftertaste.
Fun to try, but I wouldn't buy this again.

Can on Scandinavian Airlines flight from Newark to Copenhagen
A: The beer is very hazy amber in color. It poured with a finger and a half high frothy beige colored head that has good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface and a coating of bubbles down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of herbal and floral hops are present in the nose along with notes of underlying caramel malts.
T: The taste follows the smell, and although a little more maltier, the hops are still strong enough to impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness and mask any apparent sweetness. There are some hints of piney hops towards the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The taste of this beer has a very good balance between the malts and hops.

Pours dark amber with an off white frothy head.
Aroma has some malt sweetness, moderate hops, little yeast.
Taste is same as the aroma, easy drinking.
