Had this at the Reno Invitational Beer festival on Saturday. Great day, just a lot of wind and a problematic wife (not mine, MGTOW). Anyways, this was a standard looking, if not more orange color to the berliner weisse. Soft head on the top, extrapolates to around 1/2" I would say in a pint glass. The aroma is mostly tart, didn't really reveal itself to be a pungent apricot like GOAT Apricot Bu would. Just that vague stone fruit slight juiciness, still good albeit slightly feint.
Taste is pretty good and an easy going affair. Pounded this one easy. Pretty enjoyable if you aren't paying Mikkeller prices. Light apricot kind of feel, lemon, wheat. This is how it should work. Carbonation on point, body on point, no noticeable hoppiness, on point for style.
If they could make these like, not cost a bunch, I would buy. But Mikkeller gonna Mikkeller.

Smells of apricots and lacto tartness, wheat & lemon. Taste is slightly tart with apricot and peachy fruitiness. Lacto on the finish with more apricot. Medium-light body and carbonation, foamy mouthfeel

Can from the Beermongers.
A clear straw yellow with a large, white head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is a blend of grainy, toasted wheat, some grist, a fresh, moderately ripe apricot and yogurt. The palate opens bright, clean and fruity with a clean lactic tartness. The fruit character is semi ripe, with a mostly fleshy apricot flavor and minimal skin tannins. Drying, tart on the finish with a lingering lactic note, this is quite good.
