Sampled on tap at the Rare Beer Fest in St. Paul, MN on March 23, 2019. I was extremely interested in trying this beer so went after this one as my 2nd tasting. Unbelievably good aroma. I wish they made a car air freshener that smelled like this. Tremendously balanced vanilla and maple flavor. If you like decadent goodness, seek this out!

OMG. Had on tap at SD Little Italy Mikkeller. Not for everybody, but for those of us that seek/like this style... it’s a monster. An amazing meld of the flavors... all there; nothing out of place or dominating. Smooth and decadent. Made sure to take a Crowler home.

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, green session. Aroma has vanilla and chocolate cake with maple syrup on top. Taste has sweet maple and vanilla extract. Sticky, syrupy and bourbony.
