Canned 1/6/18. Nearly a year old, so let's see how it turns out.
L: Pours transparent and straw yellow in color. Looks more transparent than other variants I've tried, but that could be due to age. Settles slightly more unfiltered but still relatively clear. Surprisingly didn't get much sediment at the bottom of the can. About 2 fingers width of a frothy white cap with heaps of sudsy lacing that cling to the glass. I luv dat lacing.
S: Hardly any aroma apart from salinity. Slightly breadyness and floral properties but zero mango presence.
T: Bready flavor with mango and citrus flavor on the finish. The salt that was smelled in the aroma is also abundant in the flavor. Aftertaste is mango with mild grass flavor.
F: Light in weight but slightly fuller in body. Carbonation has retained nicely, adding the perfect fizzle element on the tongue.
O: I have really enjoyed this series. I do wish I would have tried this fresher, but I am still enjoying it. I am very grateful to have tried. Cheers!

망고라고 해놓고 망고맛 없음. 식초처럼 굉장히 시고 목 넘김도 너무 따끔하다. 생각보다 별로.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, straw yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of wheat, salt and hints of mango. Nice mango taste with a tart kick.

as a berliner, this somehow seems better than some of the other variants of this i have had, but at the same time, i bought this to be a mango beer, and i can barley appreciate any of it right here. golden and pretty and clear, super light in shade just like the pineapple edition i had recently, a nice big fluffy white head on it too, lasting and with lots of bubbled feeding it. so sexy. the problem is that the fruit isnt here, so even though this berliner seems a little cleaner and better than a few of the other recent variants, more minerals and citrus to the sourness, less of the metal and the strangeness, the fruit really is missing. i wish there was a fresh juicy mango here, because more than any other fruit in the series, it seems to me like this base beer wants mango, and its absence then is just that much more disappointing. however, where i felt this beer wasnt great on its own before, i like it better here for whatever reason, which i can only reckon is the faint mango in here, so i guess its there at least somewhat. great carbonation, light body and low alcohol which i love. others in our group liked it more than me, more mango is needed for this to pop, but its an easy and enjoyable can of beer in its current form.
