A: Pours a lightly hazy pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint brassy colored highlights. The beer has a half finger tall fizzy off-white head that quickly reduces to a couple of small patches of very thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Just shy of moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat malts with a light presence of lacto and hints of coconut + mango.

T: Upfront there is a moderate flavor of slightly sour wheat malts with a light to moderate presence of lacto. That is followed by light flavors of coconut and mango. There is a light but slightly increasing flavor of habanero in the finish which contributes a light amount of heat in the finish but there is a light lingering tartness.

M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of dryness in the finish.

O: Quite enjoyable - I like the fact that this tastes like a Berliner Weisse first with a more subtle presence of the mango, coconut, and habanero. I could have done with a touch more chili heat in this one but I really enjoyed it. Light and easy to drink.

Appearance - Pours cloudy yellow with thin white cap that quickly dissipates. No lacing.

Aroma - Tart lemon/lime, light coconut you can also tell there is some pepper there as well.

Taste - Tart lemon up front, the coconut and mango come in after that and the pepper is all toward the end.

Feel - Medium bodied tart bite up front prickly carbonation heat at the end lingers a bit.

Overall - Not a bad beer all the flavors are there not sure how well the heat works with the tart flavors.

Cloudy, pale, golden with a fluffy white head that leaves quickly with no lacing. The aroma has some of the mango, coconut and pepper in it but is overpowered by the tart lemony smell. The taste is tart with a cucumber flavor that fades into a bit of coconut and mango with the tiniest hint of pepper and heat at the end. It is a pretty tasty beer but it is light on the ingredients that were called out on the can.

On tap

Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head and short retention. Smells of lacto, coconut and just a hint of pepper. Mango is present on the flavor along with barely traceable coconut. The finish is tart and dry and leaves just a hint of pepper heat. Lights body moderate carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel and finish

Sounds insane but tastes quite quite harmonic and seamless .The sour wheat beer series of Mikkeller embarks on the uniqueness of mango, coconut and habanero peppers for a tropical and spicy twist to the series.

Pale straw and looking like a hazy wheat beer, its froth struggles to hold but the explosive character of the froth gives the scent a tangy perfume of citrus, tropical fruit and sea air to decorate the nose. Its taste is bright with sourdough, sour lemon candy and taffy.

Sweetness is short and scant as the malts quickly lift from the palate and the taste of sourness pangs away at the tastebuds. Lime, lemon, gooseberry, dry cider and white wine begin to frame a sour and clean middle palate even as a roundness of mango, apricot and passionfruit leave a tangy succulence to the finish.

Medium light and trending dry, crisp and highly refreshing, the beer's coconut only offers a soft hint of cashew or vanilla while its mango flavor dances proudly on the finish. Habanero hardly makes a mark on taste, but simmers subtly on the after palate no more intently than the alcohol except with an extremely slow fade.
